What is RIPEMD-320?
RIPEMD-320 is the 320-bit optional extension of RIPEMD-160. The RIPEMD authors designed it for uses needing a longer result without requiring a larger security level, and state that its guaranteed security remains that of RIPEMD-160. It is not two RIPEMD-160 hashes joined together.
How to use this hash calculator
Enter the text, choose its byte encoding, and select the output format. Leave HMAC disabled for a normal digest. Enable it only when an existing protocol specifically defines HMAC-RIPEMD-320.

Important limitations
The 320-bit result should not be advertised as 320-bit security. RIPEMD-320 is not encryption, authentication, or password hashing. Prefer a widely deployed modern hash unless compatibility requires this exact variant.

Why does my result differ from another tool?
Check input bytes, encoding, line endings, HMAC setting, and variant name. RIPEMD-320 is not a padded or concatenated RIPEMD-160 result.
Can I use the result to verify data?
